***
Our Parish Council has arranged to offer CPR and Defibrillator training open to all residents in Bilton in Ainsty and Bickerton. The sessions will be held in both villages and will last approximately 90 minutes commencing mid April.
It is available to anyone wishing to learn how to give CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and how to operate a defibrillator or those who just wish to take a refresher course. There is no cost to attend but you are welcome to make a donation towards the British Heart Foundation (BHF) and against consumables used in the training.
Please email your interest to Joyce Harrison :
Please put ‘CPR Training’ in the subject line.
Indicate your preference for Bilton or Bickerton and the names of persons wishing to attend. It would be helpful to include a contact number and a preference for mornings, afternoons or early evening.
It is envisaged that the sessions will be held for a maximum of ten persons. You will be notified of dates, times and location. Don’t worry if you can’t make one session more will be provided.
You can find further information on defibrillators located in our villages including a useful instruction video Here
